My mom and dad have this silly tradition every fall - a rotten tomato fight! It has been around forever, but since my parents moved, my yard is the lucky yard that gets covered in smashed tomatoes. Last year we grew the tomatoes, this year, my mom bought 2 boxes for $1.00 from a local farmer. I don't know who looks forward to it more, my parents or the kids!
