I have been wanting to go to Sea World for a very long time. Josh kept saying no and that it was boring, but he was so wrong and he loved it as much as the boys.
The first thing the boys wanted to do was go on the Atlantis Ride. There was no line - because it was a wee bit chilly and you get extremely wet on the ride. We packed all the stuff into a locker and went on it. It was just our little family in one car. We didn't get wet at all! So we talked Josh into going again. This time there were three rather large boys that were in the back of our car. Boo and Kaige were drenched in the front and Max and I got it pretty good too! Josh didn't because he was sheltered by the large guy! It warmed up so we weren't miserable the whole day!
Max using his awesome map skills to get us around.
Can you spot the Beluga Whale? It was so fun to see such amazing animals.
The polar bears' exhibit was so awesome. You could go below and see them swimming in the water.
For the Shamu show, Kaige really wanted to sit in the Soak Zone. We were finally dry from Atlantis, but we sat there anyway. We thought that we would be okay about 20 rows up, max wasn't so sure!
These animals are so amazing and huge!
Kaige was regretting his choice to sit in the soak zone.
Boo with the starfish. Just after this, Boo had one of his many mishaps of the trip. He walked right into a parked stroller and cut his eyelid and underneath his eye. Poor kid had this huge scratch and a hurt eye the rest of the trip.
Kaige loved seeing the turtles - one of his favorite animals.
Josh took a billion pictures of this fish. He couldn't get over how big it was. It was really big and gross.
Max loved the penguins. They have always been one of his favorites.
We loved walking under the shark tank. There were some really scary sharks with lots of teeth.
A really big fossil of a really big extinct shark. The boys thought that this was so cool.
